Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Mini Manager service operated by Mini Manager. For any questions you can reach us at iletisim@example.com.

• Account details: the name, email address and profile photo link that Google provides when you sign in with Google.
• Guest use: when you play without signing up, only the display name you choose and a temporary guest identity kept in your browser.
• Game data: the squads you build, the rooms you join and your match results.
• Subscription: when you buy Premium, the payment is taken through our payment provider. Your card details never reach our servers; we only store the status of your subscription.
• Technical logs: standard server logs such as IP address, browser and device information.

We do not show ads on this site and no advertising network cookies are loaded. We only use the cookies needed to keep your session open and remember your preferences. For details, see our Cookie Policy page.

• To create your account, keep your session going and show you your matches.
• To manage your subscription and unlock premium features.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse and fraudulent traffic.

We do not sell your data. To provide the service we only share it with service providers in these categories: authentication (Google), our payment provider and hosting infrastructure. These providers may process your data on servers outside your country.

We keep your account and match data for as long as your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, data we are not legally required to retain is deleted within a reasonable period. Guest identities stop being valid once you clear your browser.

Under Article 11 of Turkish law no. 6698 (KVKK) and under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to request that processing be restricted, to receive your data in a portable format and to withdraw the consent you have given. The service is not directed at users under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from that age group.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the date above is updated.
